Supplier Opportunities in the Gotland Connection Project

In December 2024, Nexans Norway AS was awarded the contract to supply cables for the Gotland Connection project. In September, Nexans will host two supplier days – one in Visby and one in Oskarshamn. 

The purpose of the supplier days is to give potential subcontractors the opportunity to learn more about Nexans’ requirements for goods and services, present their businesses, and ask questions about potential business opportunities within the project. 

Are you active in areas such as civil engineering and construction, transport and logistics, maritime services, consulting and engineering services, staffing, service provision, or site establishment? If so, the supplier days may be a good opportunity to learn more about the project and explore potential collaboration opportunities. 

Work on the Gotland Connection will continue over several years, and the project is expected to create demand for a broad range of suppliers and services. 

The supplier days are organised by Nexans in cooperation with local and regional stakeholders. Svenska kraftnät will participate as the contacting authority for the Gotland Connection project.
