ULTRACKER

With Ultracker, you get real-time information on the position, cable type, remaining length, temperature, and project number for your entire drum range. You have full control and can easily see whether the drums are in storage or out on site.

Ultracker automatically measures the remaining cable length on the drum, which reduces cable waste. The built-in GPS unit shows the position of the drum at all times. The flow of information takes place in real-time, without the need for manual processes or Excel sheets.

With Nexans Ultracker, it becomes even easier to contribute to a lower environmental impact. When a drum is empty, you just mark it in the app. We collect the remaining cable and ensure responsible recycling of all materials.

More cable on each drum

he drums have a larger capacity than equivalent K-drums, allowing you to fit 10% more cable on each drum. This leads to fewer joints, resulting in faster and safer installation with reduced risk of damage. It also results in smaller residual lengths for scraps, fewer drums on the site, and a reduced need for transport. The outcome is reduced costs and a significant environmental benefit through lower emissions.

General terms and conditions

TROMLØP includes NX drums in sizes ranging from NX14 to NX325-R.

Free return of NX drums requires a minimum volume of 6 loading meters or more. If the customer handles the return themselves, a higher deposit is paid.

If a pickup has been agreed upon and confirmed, but the sender is not available at the agreed time, the sender will be charged for the missed trip.

Credit for self-transport of NX drums to Langhus is agreed upon on a case-by-case basis.

The deposit will not be paid if:

• Non-NX drums are included (transport/destruction costs will be charged).
• A flange is broken.
• The drum has a severely rounded edge from impacts or drops from a vehicle.
• The drum is warped.
• The center hole is damaged.
• There is debris inside the core that cannot be removed.
• The drum is soiled or marked with paint, varnish, oil, or is very dirty.
• A return form does not accompany the drums.

Deposits apply only to NX drums from Nexans and return from existing customers. If non-NX drums are included, no deposit will be paid for these drums. Destruction costs and a portion of the transport costs will be charged to the sender.
