BFSI and BFSI-EMC 0.6/1 kV Alsecure Plus

Recommended for indoor and outdoor use in all areas, and in the ground without extra protection, where it is required that the cable shall operate and fully maintain its function in a fire situation. The product is designed and tested to last minimum 90 minutes, and up to a temperature of 1000 deg. Celsius during a fire. Suitable for low voltage systems; 230 V, 400 V and 690 V.

The orange outer sheath will fade to white over time if exposed by sunlight. This fading will not degrade the cable, however UV protection In areas with extra high UV intensity could be considered. 

The copper screen is dimensioned to fulfill the requirements to earth conductor (PE).

Some smaller cross sections are manufactured as EMC types (aluminium tape screen + copper earth conductor, that is possible to separate from outer sheath). Please see product list for details regarding EMC and standard types.

The product is compliant with NEK-HD 604-5D, which specifies particular requirements regarding durability in cold environments and protection against water intruision, suitable for norwegian climate and conditions.

Tested for fire resistance and functional capability for 90 minutes or more.

BFSI is a low smoke, fire resistant and halogen free version of cabletype PFSP 0.6/1 kV.
