Recommended for indoor and outdoor use in all areas, and can be installed directly in the ground without extra protection. PFSP 1kV is suitable for all low voltage systems i.e 230V, 400V and 690V.
The combined screen of copper conductor + longitudinal aluminium sheath is dimensioned to fulfill the requirements for earth conductor (PE). If the cable is cut outdoor, any end(s) must be sealed if not connected/terminated. This to prevent water intrusion, and possible corrosion in the future.
