Nexans appoints Rashi as national distributor for India

Nexans, the worldwide leader in the cable industry, has appointed Rashi Peripherals Pvt. Ltd., a leading value added distributor, as national distributor for its passive networking products throughout India.
Announcing the tie-up Mr. Chia Kim Seah, Managing Director Nexans South East Asia, said “With the Indian economy booming there is a huge demand for quality products, especially in passive networking, and this agreement will enable us to address that gap in the market. With an ally like Rashi we are able to reach out to partners who look forward to selling technology products and provide the ideal solutions for their needs”.

To create awareness about the range of products covered by the distribution agreement, Rashi and Nexans have already scheduled a series of launch events in India’s leading cities including Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi and Mumbai. A technical training programme is also planned and details will be announced when this is finalised.
Some of the products to be distributed by Rashi include, Cat5e Cable, Cat5e Patchcords, Essential Outlet Modules, Essential Patch Panels, Essential Snap-in connector, Essential-6 Cable, Essential-6 Keystone Connector, Essential-6 Outlet Modules, Essential-6 Patch Cords, Essential-6 Patch Panels.
The tie-up will enable Rashi Peripherals to strengthen its product portfolio and enter a new market segment of passive networking.
All the products will be available through Rashi Peripherals and its 51 branches spread across India.
